Development Program for Young Engineers (m/v)

Your challenge is twofold

Development program

• You will get an in dept introduction in our organization, culture and DNA by key stakeholders
• You will learn more about our way of working within several departments and on the shop floor itself of course. This will give you a head start for the rest of the program. 
• After this introduction, some longer periods of working abroad are planned (e.g. India, Romania, Belgium, …).
• You will learn on the fly and by doing. Especially by working together with several teams in several countries with several types of technologies. In each country, we will challenge you with all the necessary support you need.
• A personal mentor will always be there for you. 
• The program will take one year and a half after which, you will continue working with us in order to further build your career.

Product engineer

• You will combine this program with the job of a product engineer, doing calculations, working on work instructions, process drawings to secure optimal delivery of our products
• You collaborate with colleagues, operators across all departments and have the ambition to lead technical projects, introducing new clients, new processes, new products, automatization

Profile

• Master in engineering science
• Excellent spoken and written English. (Additional languages are given merit)
• You are recently graduated
• You’re passionate about metal and machining techniques
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinker
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn on the fly and by doing
• Drive for continuous improvement and lean
• No doubts about willingness to travel, work globally and open for relocation
