CURIOUS ABOUT HOW OUR CURRENT ENGINEERS EXPERIENCE WORKING AT IGW?

  • Meet Gunnar, taking off on his first trip to Romania!

Gunnar started working at IGW Oostkamp as a product engineer. After only two years he is now working on an international assignment in our Romanian plant to support their ambitious journey where he supports on topics such as technological improvements, new CNC machines and also building a brand new plant! His work schedule gives him the opportunity to switch between Romania and Belgium every two weeks.

  • Gunnar received a warm welcome in snowy Romania. He did not only learned to know the team during office hours, but also during

    • birthday lunches with pizza
    • an 18.5 km hike
    • evenings full of snooker & table tennis
    • ...
  • Next to all this traveling, Gunnar likes to invest in personal learning to acquire a new language. Every Saturday morning he follows Spanish lessons. We as a company are happy to support this!

“I really enjoy the space I have been given. I get the right opportunities that make my job both challenging and interesting.”
