Job Description
Will Be responsible for gearbox concept and detail design, validation and production support.
Designing various components for the gearbox, gearbox housing, gears, shafts, testing and assembly fixtures.
Gearbox Housing
Gearbox rotating components
Test rig interface parts (adaptors, fixtures, piping etc…)
Assembly Tools
Mounting parts for integration in a vehicle
Driveshafts (connecting a gearbox the vehicle wheels)
Tolerance Stack up Analysis to ensure all functional clearances on the gearbox are maintained
Skills/Attributes
Good communication & presentation skills
Proficient in CAD Design (PTC Creo)
