Company Overview: Our organization, a leader in the global manufacturing sector, is currently in the process of implementing SAP S/4HANA to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. To lead this critical initiative, we are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager who can navigate complex projects with discretion and professionalism.
Position Overview: As the ERP Project Manager for our SAP S/4HANA implementation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and controlling. Reporting to the Executive Sponsor or Steering Committee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment of the ERP solution while adhering to established timelines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:
1.    Project Planning and Strategy:
•    Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
•    Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the project stays on track.
2.    Team Leadership and Management:
•    Lead and motivate a diverse project team, providing clear direction and support to achieve project goals.
•    Foster a collaborative team environment focused on innovation and problem-solving.
•    Coordinate efforts with external vendors and consultants as necessary.
3.    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
•    Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and challenges.
•    Facilitate regular status meetings and executive briefings to provide updates and gather feedback.
•    Address stakeholder concerns in a timely and transparent manner.
4.    Change Management and Training:
•    Develop and implement a change management strategy to facilitate user adoption of the new ERP system.
•    Coordinate training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
5.    Quality Assurance and Governance:
•    Implement governance frameworks and performance metrics to monitor project progress and compliance.
•    Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and system testing to maintain the integrity and reliability of the ERP solution.


Qualifications and Skills:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
•    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and ERP software modules.
•    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex project environments effectively.
