General Characteristics and Purpose
Continuously identifies improvement opportunities and optimizes production processes, installations and/or equipment related to the own area of expertise, in accordance with HSE and operations guidelines, site infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and year plan/budget, in order to maximize the reliability, quality, safety, sustainability, and efficiency of production processes at the optimum level of costs.

Ideal Candidate:
•    Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•    Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
•    Proactive and able to work in a dynamic and agile work environment.
•    Strong communication and presentation abilities.
•    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:
•    Develop work instructions to increase quality & productivity.
•    Propose actions to optimize processes & support continuous improvement.
•    Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques: 5S, SMED, VALUE STREAM MAP. 
•    Optimize workflow and cell designs, maintain layout of the plant.
•    Develop and sustain employees training and competence development according to business needs.
•    Performance evaluations of manufacturing processes (Time studies & related).
•    Standardize & improve current methods used for internal / external packing, handling, washing & preservation.
•    Good understanding of manufacturing processes implemented (turning, milling, gear-cutting, broaching, grinding, and deburring).
