We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Divisional Controller to join our finance team. Responsibilities:
•    Month-end and Year-end Close Support:

  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating with finance teams responsible for report preparation.
  • Establish direct communication lines to facilitate the timely and accurate preparation of reports.

•    Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Lead and consolidate budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee treasury reporting, CAPEX reporting, flash EBITDA, and monthly reporting package.

•    Audit Participation:

  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

•    Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

•    SAP Implementation:

  • Undertake Controller roles in SAP implementation on the divisional level, contributing to the successful execution of tasks.

•    Profitability Reporting:

  • Work closely with the business controller to prepare reports for profitability analysis.

•    Internal Controls and Process Improvement:

  • Assist in implementing and enhancing internal controls and financial processes.

•    Monthly Financial Review Meetings:

  • Arrange monthly meetings with local financial managers to analyze financial results.
  • Prepare consolidated review reports for board meetings.

•    Variance and Business Analyses:

  • Conduct variance and business analyses in collaboration with local finance teams.

 

Skills:


•    Proficient in written and spoken English.
•    Financial analysis: ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making processes.
•    Advanced Excel: strong skills in utilizing Excel for financial modelling, data analysis, and report preparation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
•    Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Analytical thinking and problem-solving: analytical mindset with the ability to approach financial challenges creatively, offering solutions and contributing to process improvements.
•    ERP systems: ability to navigate and leverage financial ERP systems effectively is a plus.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•    1 to 3 years previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with exposure to month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and budgeting is a plus.
