Sales Back-Office Support

Ideal Candidate:
•    At least 2 years of relevant experience in planning and coordinating client requests;
•    Good experience in using ERP, MRP planning system and Office pack, knowledge of SAP is a plus;
•    Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
•    Technical academic background (preferred); 
•    Have very good analytical skills; 
•     English – B1+.

Main responsibilities:
•    Responsible for purchase order intake, order review and checking against the set of conditions 
•    Review of customer portals & update of the delivery dates; 
•    Comfortable in an online environment and able to learn from online portal tutorials;
•    Communication management with the customer related to delivery schedules and general purchase order requirements; 
•    You will be working closely together with the internal program management and business development team in order to capture the customer requirements and correctly translate them to the organization; 
•    You will be generating reports and collecting information in support of customer demand management; 
•    You are ready to always pick up the request of the customer and answer it with support of the internal organization; 
•    Work in an international setting with Belgium and USA.
•    Maintain, update or create work procedures and tutorials when necessary.
