  • Meet Andac Kartal

    He began his career as a CNC operator in 2002 at the age of 19, following in his father's footsteps at the factory before it became part of the OMCO Group. After 13 years as a CNC programmer, he played a crucial role in establishing the IT department at OMCO Türkiye. Before the transition to OMCO, the company relied on outsourcing for IT needs. Through his passion and initiative, he successfully set up the IT department and has been the IT manager since 2017. Now, at 41, he continues to lead the IT operations at OMCO Türkiye.   • Meet Mehmet Akkaya

    Mehmet Akkaya, a job preparation technician at OMCO, has dedicated 30 years to the company and was honored with the BMT Micro Award for his significant contributions. His innovative invention, a crucial machine part for HVOF welding, has drastically reduced welding costs from €3000 to €300, showcasing his impact across the OMCO Group. His passion for his job and commitment to OMCO are evident as he continues to seize opportunities and excel in his role.   • Meet Alaattin Köprülü

    Alaattin, born in Istanbul in 1967, started at OMCO in 1993 as an engravings operator after military service. He values stability and is known for his precision.
