Business Controller Consultant - SAP S4/Hana Implementation Project

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Cost Control

• Monitor and analyze standard costs versus actual costs; based on the analysis, determine corrective actions for departments and plants.

• Develop and implement procedures and policies for cost control.

• Collaborate with operational and procurement teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Track cost-saving initiatives and measure their financial impact.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on operational performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key financial data to senior management.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant operational data and insights.

• Maintain and enhance financial reporting tools and dashboards.

3. Variance Analysis

• Perform detailed variance analyses between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Investigate and explain significant deviations in operational costs.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

4. Business Partnering

• Act as a financial advisor to operational teams, providing insights and guidance on cost-related matters.

• Support cross-functional projects with financial analysis and modeling.

• Promote a culture of financial accountability and awareness within the organization.
