Finance Manager - 1 Year Assignment

Job Summary:
This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management, tax optimization, and compliance within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:
•    Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, discussing priorities, allocating resources, managing performance, and providing feedback.
•    Supervises the preparation and submission of comprehensive financial statements.
•    Prepare and present monthly financial reviews to Management team, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
•    Conduct the annual budget exercise and semi-annual forecast reports.
•    Monitor and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
•    Present standard cost updates and cost variance analysis.
•    Conduct financial evaluations of capital expenditures and calculate return on investment for projects.
•    Monitor and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
•    Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its requirements.
•    Facilitate communication and coordination with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audits.
•    Performs fiscal and tax analysis for cost-saving opportunities.
•    Ensure compliance with all relevant fiscal and tax regulations, conducting regular reviews and audits.
•    Assess and implement financial automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities: 
•    Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
•    Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and tax optimization strategies.
•    Experience with financial automation tools and ERP systems.

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management ideally within the manufacturing industry.
