Job Description


As a Controller you will be part of a challenging SAP Implementation project in Belgium, Romania and US. In the first year, all of your time is expected to be spent on SAP implementation which includes setting up Master data in your domain, clean-up the Master data during the data migration towards SAP, make cost calculations outside SAP and ultimately test SAP for accurate outputs, play a key role on the communication with Division and Group, providing proposals for SAP CO decisions and ensure a clean GO-Live for SAP in your domain of CO.
You are expected to collaborate with other controllers in the team and help on their SAP training. You will be in a leading position on the documentation of this SAP Implementation.
You will be reporting directly to the Business Controller (located in BE) and cooperate with SAP Consultant team (located in BE) and SAP Project Manager (located in RO). 
During the implementation, you are expected to have a high travel flexibility (average of 1 week per month at a max)
After the implementation, as a controller you are expected to have a low travel flexibility (average of 1 week per quarter).


Skills required:
•    Experience in delivering an end-to-end S/4HANA or SAP ECC project (S/4HANA implementation is considered as a key plus).
•    At least 5 years SAP S/4 HANA experience.
•    Fluent English speaking and writing.
•    Eagerness to shape and work in a team-oriented environment.
•    Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence.


Area of expertise needed:
•    SAP S/4 Hana and working with the FIORI apps.
•    Cost Center Accounting: it includes determining usage of cost center accounting, planning functionality, activity types and allocations. 
•    Product Cost Planning: using product cost planning and managing costing versions for alternative costings.
•    Cost Object Controlling: it includes defining Work in Process (WIP), results analysis, variances, and revenue recognition.
•    Profitability Analysis: this area covers defining value fields, characteristics and summary characteristics and reporting on it.
•    Profit Center Accounting: it involves using profit centers and configuring period-end closing for Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
