General Characteristics and purpose
Provides a wide range of HR support and advice, being typically involved in several areas rather than specializing in just one, in order to contribute to the achievement of the BMT business objectives.
Representative Activities
- Makes decisions on hiring entry-level clerical and production employees in line with BMT recruitment policies.
- Participates in the recruitment process, placing internal and external ads, narrowing down candidates, and preparing documentation.
- Provides support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolve issues and problems.
- Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Investigates and resolves straightforward benefit claims.
- Helps develop and modify training programs.
- Advises line managers on personnel procedures and precedents.
- Gathers and analyzes data with useful HR metrics.
