Long Description

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Managing documentation and register of fixed assets and follow up ongoing investments
🔹 Handling received invoices in Akademika (verification, input, distribution)
🔹 Monitoring cash flow, posting bank statements, and processing payments
🔹 Reconciliation of balances and transactions between ICO and other business partners
🔹 Reconciliation of accounting entries (checking the accuracy of postings in general ledger)
🔹 Reviewing and reconciling received goods and received invoices
🔹 Preparing and posting journal entries
🔹 Preparing and monitoring of accruals
🔹 VAT calculation control
🔹 Preparing reports for tax and statistical purposes and reporting to government authorities
🔹 Providing data for the preparation of reports by other departments in the company
🔹 Reporting to external institutions

We expect:
✅ V. or VI. level education in economics, accounting, finance, or other relevant fields
✅ 5 years of experience in a similar role
✅ Open-minded, flexible, and detail-oriented approach
✅ Good knowledge of tax, accounting and finance regulations and SRS
✅ Proficiency in English
✅ Advantage: Experience with SAP
